NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an item comes damaged within 3 business days of receiving the package please email us with your order number and a image of the item next to the shipping label. You will only receive a new item.
I DO NOT give refunds for melted butters. Body butters are shipped with ice packs in the summer time and have a very low chance of melting. If a body butter does come melted, it does not change the quality. All you need to do is place the jar in the refrigerator until it is solid again.
